During our consultation, we will discuss your vision, preferences, and goals for the photoshoot. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to design a theme that showcases your style and personality. Together, we will develop a portrait session tailored to your needs.

Whether you prefer the intimacy of a studio setting, the beauty of an outdoor landscape, beach photos or a specific location that holds personal significance, we’ll work together to choose the perfect setting for your portraits.
I offer both studio sessions at my Boynton Beach photography space as well as on-location portrait shoots. The studio allows for controlled lighting and backdrops, while outdoor sessions can take advantage of Boynton Beach’s beautiful beaches, parks, and cityscape backdrops.

In each portrait session, I incorporate elements of editorial fashion photography. I do this because while fashion photography revolves around storytelling, portrait photography centers on capturing the essence of the individual. By combining both, we achieve the allure of fashion along with the emotional depth of portrait photography.

PORTRAIT CONSULTATION
The first step in crafting your portrait experience is scheduling a virtual consultation with me. We’ll hop on a Zoom call or have a phone chat so I can really get to know you and understand your vision for your portraits.
During our meeting, I want to hear all about your preferences and any specific requirements you have in mind. We’ll discuss the main purpose behind these portraits – whether you’re looking for new professional headshots, candid self photos, boudoir, personal branding images, or anything else you can imagine.
BOOKING YOUR PORTRAIT SESSION
A $250 retainer deposit is your first step towards self-celebration and confidence.
PORTRAIT SCHEDULING AND PLANNING
Now that we’ve had our consultation and I have a clear vision for your portrait experience, it’s time for us to lock in all the specifics for our photoshoot day!
We will coordinate our schedules to find a date and timeframe that works best for both of us. Once we’ve pinpointed the perfect window, I’ll get that session officially booked.
PHOTO SHOOT PREPARATION
To prepare for your portrait session, here are some key things to focus on ahead of time:
Grooming & Self-Care – In the week leading up, prioritize skincare, hydration, grooming appointments, etc. to have you feeling pampered.
I’ll provide a full preparation checklist and timeline so you know exactly what to expect. The goal is for you to arrive feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and confident – allowing you to be fully present during our creative experience together.
PORTRAIT SESSION
When our portrait session day arrives, you can expect an energetic yet relaxed flow of constant collaboration and creative communication. I’ll be offering gentle but clear direction to bring out those picture-perfect angles and authentic expressions.
Think of our session as an immersive artistic experience that you’re an equal partner in. As we vibe together, feeding off each other’s energy and creative ideas, I’ll be watching for those unguarded, beautifully raw moments. Whenever we need to switch things up, I’m ready with new prompts, settings or activities to keep that spark ignited.
IMAGE SELECTION
Once we’re done with the session, we’ll take some time to go over the images together. We can choose the best ones that we want to work on further, and make them look even more amazing!
PRINT PRODUCTS
During our ordering appointment, I’ll guide you through the selection process, helping you identify which images truly connect with.. From there, we’ll craft a cohesive collection that captures the full narrative and range of expressions from our portrait session.
Together, we’ll explore beautiful printed products like art canvas gallery wraps, modern aluminum metal prints, or classic matted prints – all designed showcase your portraits in breathtaking quality.
IMAGE RETOUCHING
Retouching involves adjusting colors to flatter your skin tones, perfecting the lighting and exposure, and doing some careful retouching to smooth out any temporary blemishes or imperfections.
My goal is to enhance your portraits while still keeping them looking natural and true-to-life.
FINAL IMAGE DELIVERY
You can expect to have your portraits delivered within 2-3 weeks following that ordering appointment. My goal is to make this entire experience – from our initial consultation through the final delivery – an absolute joy for you. Having your portraits appear as quickly as possible while still upholding the highest artistic standards is one of my commitments to you.
